Investigation and Diagnostic Centres (IDC)
 

Our services are delivered from four sites; Tamaki, Wallaceville, Lincoln and Pastoral House

The Ministry operates a 24 hour, 7 day a week exotic pest and disease freephone, 0800 80 99 66, service to receive telephone notification of suspected exotic diseases and pests. These enquiries are processed by staff at any of the sites depending on the nature of the call. Science providers may also report suspected or confirmed exotic pests and disease via e-mail to neworganisms@maf.govt.nz
