Service Delivery targets for Auckland facilities

MAF Biosecurity New Zealand - Auckland Cargo works to service delivery targets for certain functions. These are: BACC and Stamp Release Processing Time, Booking Lag and the Wait Time on Phone Calls. The specific targets are presented below. Where available current performance data is included.

BACC processing time (Turnaround time)

Stamp Releases - 4 hours (between the operational hours of 0600-1800).

Aircargo - 4 hours (between the operational hours of 0600-1800).

Sea Cargo - 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

Booking lag (time between booking requested and booking able to take place)

Booking lag - 48 hours

Phone Call Wait Time (Wait time is the time taken from when the call is presented to the final queue and when the phone is answered, it is not the total length of the call)

Wait Time (schedulers) - <1 minute
