Blood samples from cats and dogs exported to the United Kingdom under the PETS scheme are required to be rabies tested in a laboratory approved by the UK Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs.
The Investigation and Diagnostic Centres can arrange for the sample to be processed in an approved laboratory. For further information please consult the information page for the PETS scheme.
