Forest Products Export Standards - Phytosanitary Requirements of Russia

Import Permits or Declarations	Import permit NOT required.
Certification Requirements	Phytosanitary certificate required except for HS TC code 4403 10 000 (treated with paint, stains, creosote or other preservatives). Phytosanitary certificate must be issued prior to or on the same date as on the Bill of Lading. Russia does not accept replacement phytosanitary certificates or phytosanitary certificates issued after the goods have left New Zealand.
