Wood Packaging

Import Permits or Declarations All WPM must be treated and certified according to ISPM 15.

Certification Requirements Phytosanitary certificates are not mandatory but any consignment covered by one will usually avoid inspection in Thailand.

Approved Pre-Shipment Treatments  
Fumigation The fumigation rate is not currently available. MAF has so far been unable to obtain any comment regarding acceptance of consignments fumigated prior to shipment. Until further information is available, the standard fumigation prescription of 80g/m3 of methyl bromide, for 24 hours at 15°C or above is recommended.
