Reporting problems with usernames and passwords for Phyto E-cert

If you are having problems with your password there are some things you can check.

• Make sure you are using an underscore ("Shift" and "-" key together eg "_" ) in your user name.
• Make sure you are using the correct case.
• If you are able to get into the training site but not the live site you will need update your permissions to be set up for the live site.
